LaserHairRemovalTraining.Com is the only national web site that provides laser hair removal training classes at participating institutions across the country. Each laser training center is individually owned and operated. All clinics have state of the art facilities offering a world class education in laser and light-based hair removal technologies. LaserHairRemovalTraining.Com currently works with clinics in Colorado and Missouri as well as the newly added Laser Centers of Connecticut.

Laser Hair Removal Training programs are from one day to one week long depending on the student's needs and the training centers criteria. The classes will provide physicians, nurses, medical assistants, electrologists and/or aestheticians with a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical views. All instructors have extensive teaching experience and have lectured on laser technology throughout the world.

The Laser Centers of Connecticut was founded by Leon Prete and his wife Barbara in January, 2002. It was originally formed to compliment their skin care facility Face and Body but has since grown into a center that has treated hundreds of clients. The newest addition to the Center is the Laser training facility which is centered in the main building. Each student will be able to experience the daily operations of the Laser Center first hand beginning with the client consultation, test patching, client treatments and follow-up. 

Their Laser Training program is the only program offered in the state of Connecticut that offers a comprehensive 40 hour course or a 20 hour accelerated course that teaches the skills necessary for understanding and performing Laser Hair Removal. This hands on course will provide much of the expertise needed to perform each Laser Hair Removal treatment safely and effectively.

The course study material was designed by Greg T. Absten BSC, MBA founder of the Professional Medical Association. Each student will receive a complete type written manual and interactive CD which will provide all the necessary information on Laser Hair Removal including hair and skin biology, laser biophysics, laser safety and many more topics which are listed on the course curriculum. At the completion of the course each student will be given a written exam which upon passing will receive a certificate of completion. Nurses will also receive a certificate for nursing credits, up to 8 contact hours. The course also meets the training recommendations for the ANSI.
